Historical CPC Prices?

Does anyone keep historical CPC Prices?

I am working on a startup content web site. As research for the business plan I want to show trends in the prices for certain PPC phrases.

Does anyone know where I can find historical lists of keywords, the number of times entered and the prices being bid and/or paid in PPC engines?

I need real historical information, at least 3-6 months back, not just the last 24 hours.

In google adwords, for example, you can run the Traffic Estimator, it's not the historical information you need, but its data are quite similar to the real costs of keywords.
