If you can get the paypal debit card, you can use it with any of the PPC networks just like a credit card.

To answer your original question, I do not know of any.

You can try the following networks with paypal:

1) SpeedyAds (www.entireweb.com/speedyads/)

2) AdEngage (www.adengage.com - for entertaiment and Adult sites).

Both accepts paypal for advertisers and publishers.

SpeedyAds are not recommended. I tried them with a small deposit and got no traffic at all. 99.5% of my deposit is still sitting there 10 months downline.

Yes, i have the same issue with speedyAds. Near 6 months and only 10 or 20 visits from SpeedyAds. But its possible that in a future will be a good option. For now, the traffic is near to null traffic.
