Google Analytics show -100% ROI on all of my PPC campaigns... I am not sure why but chances are something's missing... Did any of you have the same issue by any chance?

As with all analytics, you will need to find a way to attach a value to a conversion (be that actual sale value from the sales cart or an amount per action).
It tends to be much easier if you are not doing e-commerce and can attach a value to a specific page view (such as a confirmation screen).
