Espotting ads returning Google surfers?

I recently decided that tracking URL's would enable me to measure my ROI more effectively, so set these up for Espotting, Overture, etc.

Most of the sales that I get from the Espotting tracking URL say that they found my site on Google - anyone know how this can be?

Lots of Espot affiliates are using adwords to promote their feed, so the user/customer probably thinks they found you on Google.

They also have lots of affiliates that only contain sponsored links - no editorial content. They seem to get quite high on Google's natural SERPs
