Google Click Fraud. Something has changed.

Prior to the 1st few days of March my online stats monitoring services [3 of them] were all in sync with what Google was charging me...

Since then... I am now getting charged an average of 200-300 more visits to me from Google than all 3 of my monitoring services.

All the monitors have remained consistant... only Google has changed.

Is there something Google could have chnged on my acct settings that is causing me to be charged for these extra visitors now when before they were not?

These are all probably return visitors who click on my Google links daily and previously Google was screening them and now they aren't?

I don't believe that response addresses the issue of the sudden and significant change from March till now.

I have seen a lot of strange behavour on my sites and it is mostly click fraud. I am seeing a lot of click fraud systems like clicksor.com, clicks4me, etc...
Cost me about $500 yesterday on one site alone. I am not sure whether they have thought up some new way of defrauding or not which may explain your problem.

Nothing at all was changed on my Google PPC campaign... just all at once I started getting charged for 300+ more click trus than all 3 of my stats program shows as visitors... I know these aren't vaild click thrus but what can you do...

They have the ball and bat so if you want to play with them... you play by their rules.

I can't help but believe they are charging for clicks that before... they didn't allow...

Most likely from auto click thru programs or overseas competitors paying groups of people to click thru on my content ads... they just stay for about one second which is enough for google to record and charge me for a click... but not long enough for any of my 3 stats programs to pick up them up as a visitor...

I have been with Google for 2 1/2 yrs and prior to this... I was also making considerably more profit... my margin is down about 40% since March 1st...
