I've just come across this PPC company who seem to be quite focused for business clients. Has anyone got any feedback? Also do you know on which sites the ads appear?

Their site appears in some of the Google SERPs that I watch. Other that that I don't know much about them.

IndustryBrains is solid. Their PPC ads appear mostly on technical sites (leading tech mags etc.) owned by companies such as CMP Media and Ziff Davis. Thus they are most suitable for companies advertising software, hardware, and other niche techie stuff. B2B oriented...
