Google and Yahoo will never disallow you to pause bids whenever you want to. You're smoking something if you think that would ever happen.
Again, that's not too say that it's not a wise strategy (it is, usually), but rather that the SE's, IMO, are likely to discourage this or ban it outright at some point because of market forces pushing them to do so.

Our team has done some basic research. These tools differs in approach/features/pricing. eg.- Omniture and Bidhero are Analytics based while others are rule or portfolio based. We are thinking of trying all the six tools with the Free trial versions for different PPC campaigns.
Please suggest the pros and cons for these.[Considering Google and Yahoo Search Marketing both.]
