Recently i joined Pinterest and add 1 board and few images in that. so my curiosity revolves around a Pinterest post. Should i create daily a new board or can i add images to in it?
Secondly. How it can be useful for SEO thing? specifically

It depends on how you want to use Pinterest and the type of site(s) to want it to benefit.

Take some time and look around Pinterest. Do some searches. Discover different boards, see how others use them to benefit their interests.

You can add links to your pages but you need to have a strategy.

Generally boards have themes. i.e. people collect pins and "file" them under a particular themed board they have. Originally it was female oriented. e.g. Ladies would create boards (Wedding, Clothes I like, Recipes, Decorating) then collect as they found things to pin for weddings, clothing they like, recipes, etc. they filed their pins under one of these boards.

For the SEO part, write a description that includes a keyword phrase related to the theme of the pin without being spammy.
