I see some pages on Pinterest are found by search engines easily. Does the number of your followers affect your Pinterest page's pagerank?

And what is the best way to get followers on Pinterest?

No number of followers does not affect PageRank.

PageRank has not been updated in ages. It may never be updated again.

Put the usual follow me icon or link on your site to get followers.

PageRank, the real PageRank, is always updated. PageRank is not what's on the toolbar. ;)
