Tab to Links

How can the tab key hit the links?

The <tab> key jumps to all links and form items in both Internet Explorer and Firefox, but only hits form items in Opera. Is there a switch I can set to have Opera also hit links when I use the <tab> key?

Bill, thank you for the reply. I viewed your response in both Opera and IE, but I don't seem to have those characters on my keyboard. Could you expand upon that?

Sorry. That's:
Ctrl + (down arrow)
Ctrl + (up arrow)

Ctrl+(up/down/left/right) arrow jumps up/down/left/right, but in a truly wierd pattern! If you're toward the right side of the screen, the ctrl+down drops straight down rather than to what I consider the next logical link.

I found that I can add "tabindex='1'" to all links on my pages and then the <tab> key works.
