Definitely, on Windows at least. The Linux version still has a little bit to go.

And technically, I think 10.0 is still in the alpha stage.

They just posted about Opera Turbo the other day in Opera Labs [labs.opera.com]. That got me wondering about Opera 10 again. Maybe it's time for a new thread. ;)
