SuzyUK's new menu for Opera and other menus like the w3-dev menu have made me wonder - how do you create and/or edit Opera menus? Are there any tutorials out there?

I haven't found a straight tutorial per se, but I learn through looking at the files available from the people who make toolbars and menus in the Opera Community [my.opera.com].

I figured out a lot just by looking at the W3-dev and WebmasterWorld menu file. It's an .ini file in text format. That got me far enough to be able to make my own modifications.
