6 months ago under IE & Firefox the print was no good with incorrect text colors and table/cell colors missing but with Opera, the print was perfect.
I've now installed Opera 9 and the print is bad again. I reinstalled 8.5 which I think was my last version but the print is still bad. It's particularly strange as it views on screen fine, but doesn't print correctly.
Thanks
6 Months ago I had this problem. After trying multiple browsers I found Opera actually printed the document perfectly, no problem, style was OK as on screen. Opera solved my problem.
Today I'm trying to print the exact same page but now Opera also has the problem (OK in default browser view but not OK for printing/print preview).
I tried placing styles direct in document (instead of CSS) but problem remains.
Why does Opera (& other browsers) not follow the style for printing? Are there any other settings to change etc?
thanks

while messing around I changed a setting in Opera 'Print Page Background' then reloaded page (necessary step) - Problem Fixed! How very, very weird... It had to be something silly. As said, it loads fine on normal viewing it was just struggling on print view.
thank you
