I have tried clearing my cache in opera, but for whatever reason is does not show the news changes. In IE you hit ctrl F5 and refreshes from the server, not from your machine. What is the similar command for opera as i can't seem to find it?

F5 (without a modifier) in Opera should work the same as a "hard" refresh (Ctrl+F5/ShiftF5/Command+F5) in other browsers. The browser should request the page directly from the server rather than out of the browser cache.
