What's the meaning behind the red and green stars?

When I add a URL to my personal bar in Opera 7, it creates an icon with a star in the lower right corner. Sometimes they're green and sometimes they're red and I can't make sense of that. Anyone know? I haven't had much luck finding out anywhere else.

Hmmm...the stars don't show up in the skin I'm using - but they do if I switch to the default skin. Not sure that is much help...

It the cache status. A green icon is fully in the cache and will load almost instantly, the red icons need to be dragged (at least partly) from the internet server.
