Firefox Shifts Background Image - S.O.S.

Firefox shifts background image when scroll bar loads

Can anyone help with this?

I have a one-page quick site to do, and I set it up thinking a frameset would be the best way to achieve what I was trying to do. Basically leave the area at the top still, while the text and content scroll below it, while the background stays put and LINED UP with the top image.

If you open it in IE, it works fine. When I open it in Firefox, the background image slides left (17 pixels)due to the scrolling bar.

What am I missing here? I'm sure it's just a stupid line of code or command that I need to insert to make it work in FF. I just mocked it up quick this way to see if it would work... and of course.. it doesn't. heh heh

If it's just a one page site, will the frame be required?

The frame is not required. Just need it to function the same way.
