Question concerning internal URLs and SEO

Hello,

I have a quick question regarding internal URLs and SEO. I am adding a few internal pages in a wordpress blog to target commonly searched phrases in my industry.

If people are searching for “keyword1 downloads” should I repeat the keyword that is already in the domain itself in the page's URL/title?

For example:

www.keyword1keyword2.com/downloads
www.keyword1keyword2.com/keyword1-downloads

www.keyword1keyword2.com/forum
www.keyword1keyword2.com/keyword1-forum

Keywords in URL's have no value in SEO. Keep URL's short. It just looks like you are trying to hard when you make url's like that.
