Duplicate Content for Landing Pages

Say I have an Adwords campaign with 10 keyword phrases (I have more but this is an example)

I'm only selling one product, <product name>. But obviously they go by different names, <variant one>, <variant two>, etc.

I'd like to have basically identical landing pages (lots of duplicate content as I'm only selling one shoe) but the H1 and some of the main headline copy will target the specific phrases on each landing page.

I don't want to get penalized for duplicate content, would the best way to handle this be to add a Disallow for each of those pages in a robots file?

The short answer, yes, you need each of these pages to be noindexed, it is encouraged to have more than one landing page for your adwords to increase quality score so as long as these pages aren't indexed (and to that end I wouldn't include links to them in any site map or link structure either) you should be fine.
