Multiple sites on one server

Hi folks,

I need to setup a webserver, and use it to create multiple sites, can nayone please tell me how I go about creating multiple sites and setting up the domain names for them all?

Could someone please tell me how I can connect the server to the world wide web and make sure its secure?

Is it done through IIS?

I'm using Windows server 2003, Sql Server 2005, and coldfusion.
