Need Help regarding the PHP & MySQL

Anyways my purpose was to get help with this:<p>I have an
FTP. On which there are two files (.dat) having binary data ( like
symbols).<p>Now I want to get that data from the file every hour ( as it is
updated automatically everyhour) and put it in MYSQL as a new row.
<p>Finally Display that on a webpage. <p>So, <br>1) is this possible? If

Yes, it is possible. Even easier if the files are on the same server as the database. You might have to offer some more details before folks can offer direction though.
