hi all im pretty new to web design i have built a site for a clan im in but my father asked me to build him one to sell his house so i got some webspace from a good host wich came free with a domain the url works fine when typed into a browser but no search engin recognises it any clue why my provider says it nowt to do with them but im not so sure

1) Welcome to WebmasterWorld.
2) Please do not include URLs in your post.
3) It takes time for search engines to find and index sites. Search around here and you will find lots of good advice.

thanks for the advice have edited the url, so it may just be a case of search engines not indexing the space yet

If you don't have any inbound links then the search engines are unlikely to find you unless you explicitly go and register. Even then indexing will take as long as it takes (anything from a few hours to a few months).
