MSN reinclusion requests

Has anyone ever actually gotten a response?

I have written webspam@msn.com four times and never a response. I have tried to stickymail MSN Dude and his box is always full. They wonder why they are in a distant third position and dropping...because they are asleep at the wheel apparently. Has anyone ever been able to successfully have a site reviewed or reincluded in the index? It took Yahoo two weeks to review my site and reinclude it.

That was almost 3 months ago. I don't think they have time to answer anybody anymore since they have too much to do fixing their SE and there's got to be hundreds of thousands of site requesting re-inclusion.
It's been 2 months now since MSNDud said that one of my sites is NOT a spam site and was going to be re-included but still not there.
15,000 unique visitors from Google a day but not worth showing in MSN! #*$!?

UPDATE!
As of today one of my sites, the one MSNDude said they ware realeasing from the ban has appeared in MSN.
It's got about 20 pages indexed so I guess it is a start!

Thanks MSNDude!

Good news! I am hoping MSNdude can take a look at one of mine that he mentioned earlier was erroneously set as spam and is not. I have stickied him regarding this.

I'm still noticing one thing for my site: lower, lower, and lower.

Each week it seems about 20 pages are being UN-indexed.

It's killing me..I used to rank #1 for all my keywords on MSN..

There is no really logic to it all what they are doing. Like I have said before, at least some of my sites are totally white hat, but MSN refuses to index them.
The sites that gets removed are probably seen upon as spam sites and I have also said before in my post "spammersdefined" that the ones that are not deleted yet, they will be.
