Starting Monday, March 6 at 9 A.M. Pacific Time, we'll be offering an open pilot enrollment for approximately three hours. During this period, you can sign up for an adCenter account directly at [adcenter.msn.com...] and start right away without waiting for an invitation to join.

According to Microsoft the Netherlands does not support credit card payments :-(

Yeah, I have the same problem.

I was all happy that I could create an account then it says that my country/region doesn't support credit card billing.

I wonder why....

I just signed up today and had a heck of a time with their CSV import tool.

It'd be nice if they would just let you upload a txt file with 1 keyword per line.

When the ads get approved I'll post on a response time. I hope they have a lot of people working today for the open enrollment.

Looking good - I like the Demographics feature - that could prove very useful... also be able to see massive unexplained blips due to fraud clickers ;) so that I can remove my ad at that time.

Shame I had a small error when trying to set monthly budget... but hey.

Plus how do you edit an ad within a campaign - all I could see was a delete route.... that would be a major bonus...

Last week they were turning them around in 10 minutes.

Haven't tried any today.

Sent an email inquire on Thursday evening and got four a paragraph personal reply the next morning along with a phone number to call if I needed additional information.

its not 10 minutes today..lol...been submitting ads since 12pm est...i'm sure they are swamped with new ads to approve with today's promotion...

Ad and keyword approvals have been very slow since Friday. I expect it will just get slower.

I was turned away because I am using Mozilla. They said I must use IE6 or better. Don't have a machine laying around here still running IE or windows. Oh well...

nanz - I'm having the same problems as you. I have spent an hour trying to add just one keyword! The system just keeps hanging. I tried uploading from a spreadsheet and from the clipboard - no luck there.

I send them a mail yesterday giving all the troubles I had, and got an automated response.......... IN FRENCH. Howzzat? Why couldn't they send an English response (automated or otherwise) to an English email.

Adwords support told me it was taking from 36 hours to 5 business days for new ad approval. Anyone know anything about the bid comparison tool, is there or will there be one?

I was told from someone in the "Search Marketing Group" at MSN that there isn't any plans to implement a bid comparison tool.

That was a few months ago when we signed up. Plans could have changed since then, and I believe they will after beta.

Signing up was easy and fast, I am as well waiting for 6 days now for ad approval. Well I can't wait for the account to be fully working.

my ads are still showing the keywords as pending approval, yet I am getting traffic?

Somebody’s ads are getting approved because I no longer experience clicks! Time to up my bids :(

hi everyone,
it's a known issue on our end that some ads and keywords are running even though the adCenter tool says they're pending. we're working to fix this and i'll let you know here when this is resolved.

nanz - I'm wondering if somehow your user settings are set to France. you can check by going to "my settings" in the top right corner and checking your language. if that's not the problem let me know and i'll try to figure out what's going on there.

Anyone else know how to get rid of a draft ad? Can't work that one out.... I added about 5 days ago and still says draft ad...
