Why does my site suddenly load slowly on IE?

Site loads very slowy only on Internet Explorer

I use a WYSIWYG program from my webhosting co. and a couple of months ago I noticed that my website was taking ages to load on IE. There was never a problem before. Could anyone advise?
Its loading fine on Chrome and Mozilla

As far as I know I haven't added any special features/widgets which would cause a sudden slow down. It just seemed to happen overnight with no reason

It is loading OK in Texas,
but I think that the WYSIWYG program you used generates a lot of junk code.

You can streamline code of your pages by using sitespinner for minimal, easy html and one background image for all your graphics except pictures.

You didn't mention the version of IE. There are some issues that IE6 and IE7 stumble on more than 8 and 9 do.The homepage has no DocType declared and a huge amount of HTML errors (61). Also has a large amount of invalid tags.

While your home page size is 340kb is light by todays standards I would look into reducing that to below 100kb. Some will advise 50kb or less. Really!
