Microsoft Fixes Email Stuck in Exchange On-premises Transport Queues, Y2K22 Bug

Microsoft has fixed a bug which caused messages to be stuck in transport queues of on-premises Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Server 2019. You'll know if the error has occurred as there will be errors in the Application event log, example.

Contoso is a microsoft advertising related domain. Did the bug have anything to do with determining which ads to show in emails?
