Microsoft: Windows 10 on 1 Billion Monthly Active Devices

Microsoft can now claim Windows 10 is on 1 billion active devices. By devices, it's not only PC and Surface products included in that number, it's Mixed Reality HoloLens, and Xbox.

I guess that's a significant milestone.

Honestly, I like Windows 10, not as much as Windows 7, but it's "nice" (may be I missing something).

That is a big number ... and kind of scary, too. :)

The number actually represents a tidewater flow in software/os that will completely change marketing, sales, and support from here on out ...

Unless you are already open source and linix... in which case this post really doesn't mean all that much.
