Microsoft started the new year (FY13 for them starting July 1 2012) with plan to roll out all most all their product line getting refreshed and released in this year.

In the line today I have discovered from Microsoft Volume Licensing Price list, that now it is accepting and processing orders of

Windows 8 (replacing Windows 7 SKU)
Windows 2012
and
Visual Studio 2012

Here are some links to new features and compare version
Windows 8

So for me, this seems a starting of long long line up of products to be released by Microsoft.

I am anticipating

New SharePoint, Office, Lync (some sort of Skype connection is also anticipated) and Exchange this November along with Surface and Windows 8 Mobile OS.

As I'm already using Windows 8 I'm now looking forward to the new Office and Surface. I don't think Office will be as big a change as Windows 8. It seems evolutionary rather than revolutionary. However, I am looking forward to the Surface reference hardware.

Agree bill, however I am using Office 2013 preview on my Win 8 and it has some well noted changes like keeping track of where you last left, save as - or save location have option for computer, skydrive, or SharePoint or even option to add a place (kind of cloud ready!)

I've only read about the Office 2013 features and haven't tried the preview. Other than the cloud tie-ins I haven't seen much else that might make me want to upgrade. Are there any other big changes you've noticed using the preview?

nothing big as of now as day to day user, except those cloud tie-ins are the one most noticed thing.
