True, not everyone has problems, but you miss the point.
Every machine is affected by the update, unless you have it turned off.
I have researched this and the fact is it has been going on for years, and not fixed by Microsoft.

MS doesn't appear to be addressing these challenges many people face, and it's not the only problem of Microsoft's programs hogging resources.
Don't misunderstand me, other programs do this, too.
Let me give you another example of something solved. Not MS, but another software company. They addressed and issue of the program hogging resources and offered a fix, which works. The fix is as simple as a toggle to choose to operate the program when the the CPU is idle, or not. Simples!
Microsoft should be better than this.
