No Need To "Safely Remove Hardware" in Windows 10

Microsoft has said there's no need to use the "Safely Remove Hardware" process in Windows 10 (version 1809) when removing external storage. It's now referred to as "Quick Removal."

All you have to do is to ensure you are not actively writing files to the drive.
