Many users have complained that since the Anniversary Update of Windows 10 that their webcams no longer work. Microsoft has not yet officially commented on this, but it's clear that they are aware. There's talk of a fix coming in September. If it's your webcam that's down September is a long while away.

It would be interesting to know what percentage of folks actually use a webcam. Mine is on that long list of items "disabled" in Windows 10.

Mine are all covered in tape and/or unplugged. We may be too old to fit into the webcam demographic.
