Hello all...we seem to be getting some users ( IE 6 SP2..not all , but some) that get a " Certificate Revoked" pop up on our Non SSL pages ...mystifying as the pages dnr an ssl cert...

I think that our live chat component ( which is enabled through ssl) is causing the problem...
Frustrating as we onlyhear of the problem from some users, but cant seem to replicate it ourselves...

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

This doesn't really sound like a Microsoft OS problem so I will probably be moving this to a more appropriate forum. We would need some more information about which server you're running and what sort of steps you've taken to troubleshoot this problem. For example, have you validated the pages where the error occurs?

Bill,
It only occurs with **Some** SP2 users...Def. MS IE related... Security level prob . plays a role as well...

Bill...windows 2003...we have not been able to replicate the problem ~

Longen...et. al...The pop up occurs on a non-secure page ..it shouldnt even be looking for a certificate..thats what s mystifying...

however, the liveperson chat service on the page is through ssl...thats where I think th problem may lie

How about validating the HTML on the page where the error is reported?
