Including a file within the hosts file

Can this be done.

It is possible to have a file included as part of the Windows hosts file, and if so what syntax would you use.

Sorry for the late reply mack. ;)
The hosts file on Windows works like DNS except for the fact that it doesn't need to access an external system. You can use the hosts file to map device names to IP addresses, but I'm not sure what you mean when you ask about including a file. How would you use this?
