Excel regex to split /n into cells

Hi everyone,

Is there a regex to split data in one cell into many cells in Excel or Open Office? The data within one of the cells looks something like this:

blah blah /n blahblah blah /n blah blah

There are at least 100 rows in the file, so I don't want each /n to create a new cell. Is this possible?

if i were doing this i would export the data and clean it up with a perl script.
are you looking for a solution within excel for this?
