Windows XP start up performance improvement

I was wondering if anyone has had a success in Win XP start up performance improvements?

My XP is loading for over a minute and nothing was helpfull to improve it by 20 seconds.

If present, uninstall any MS Office components that you don't use.

Office can increase boot time dramatically.
