Administrator account deleted

I've accidentally removed all administrative accounts on windows xp pro, and then my own remaining account which was actually an administrative user also was changed to a limited account.
now my problem is i am not able to create a new user account or change my own account to an administrative account..
guess i screwed, wonder if there's any trick to get windows to have administrative account again. i dont want to format me harddrive.

Sorry for the late thank you, with that search i did find some articles to solve the problem. But it couldnt work out for me,so i did the only thing - FORMAT.

On a seperate note. I am baffled as to why some faxes from my clients are unable to get through.
I use an 56 K Aztech Fax modem, the ringing is answered via the Windows Fax Monitor but in the end it says Reception Error - Not a Fax Call.

I wonder what would be such a problem.

Any help appreciated.
