Limit of number of e-mails in Outlook Express

I have currently some 50,000 to 60,000 e-mails in my OE folders with one folder alone approaching 25,000 e-mails.

Is there a limit to how many I can store in one folder or in OE generally?

Outlook Express folders are limited to 2GB per folder (per .dbx file), the number of messages you can store will vary depending upon the size of the messages and attachments.
