i have to make a decision which windows server to chose to install on my web server.
i have the choice between windows 2000 advanced server and windows server 2003 enterprise edition.
can any buddy help me guys, i really apreciate it.

The Windows 2000 server family is winding down in terms of support. I would recommend the 2003 server. Keep in mind that MS will be releasing the Longhorn server after the Vista OS release.

The Windows 2000 server product is not a primary focus for development nowadays. It's probably more stable because of that. MS still issues patches and hotfixes for that OS, but they're interested to push you toward the newer version. (See Retiring Windows 2000 Server and Advanced Server [microsoft.com])
Windows 2003 is quite stable now, and that is the current recommended version. You'll be better off with the newer version in this case.
