I have two computers in my house, one runnig Windows XP Home nad the other which currently has no OS. I was wondering if I could install the Windows XP Home OS (as I still have the disc handy) without any problems. Thanks for your time.

Corvette2002 that would violate Microsoft's licensing agreement unless you have purchased additional licences for each machine. Windows XP Home is a consumer product and is generally meant for installation on one machine. The product activation process will report hardware details to Microsoft and indicate that you're using this on different machines.
