Problem with Outlook

When opening any attachment file, system slow.

I'm using Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2003. When I try to open any attachment file, Word or Excel files the system takes quite a while before those attachment could be opened. There is no problem if I open any Word or Excel file from my PC. I need help here.

It's hard to say, but a good first step is to make sure that you've go the latest updates for Office and Windows. Next, I would suggest running Detect and Repair under the Help menu.
