Sites snagging during paging file increase

I have a 4M/page view per month ASP site running on Windows 2000 and have had problems recently with the site snagging up. Every time this happens it's while Windows is increasing the size of the paging file. I've already increased the minimum size of the paging file but this happens every time I restart the server.

Is there a way to get around this problem?

Set both the minimum and maximum sizes to the same, that way it'll only allocate a single size. Personally on xp I've got a dedicated 4 gig partition, with a 4 gig page file, saves a lot of time and effort ;-)
