I have a site that contains listings in which a call centre uses in order to make calls. The customers profiles get displayed in a linear fashion on the sales rep's computer.
At the moment, their are manually dialing each customer. Is there an applet that exists that would automatically dial when a listing is pulled from the database?

you could have your app open a handle to com1: and then write the modem command string to it.
