Hi,

With some expansions to our site and a growing customer list I need a purpose built script to help with "help" and customer care issues. A knowledge base that customers can search as a first stop and hopfully find answers and then some way of logging customer requests to different staff member and the ability to monitor how effectivly the issues were dealt with, would be great. It this tool out-there?
