emails to SQL server DB

Hi

Does anyone know the best way to transfer complete emails into SQL server?

We want to store the content of the email so that we can relate it to customers in our CRM system

We know exchange server is capable, but does anyone know an easier way?

written ourselves, C# & SQL Server

we just need to get the emails in the DB so that we can relate them to customers
