This is really frustrating. I bought a licensed FULL version copy of Frontpage 2002 and installed it last week.
Everything was working perfect in my web design. This afternoon I come to find out that when designing in Frontpage my linking ability is now lost in PREVIEW mode.
Did I somehow turn this OFF? In another words lets say I have a simple 2 page web. Index is my home page and Resume is my 2nd htm page. When I hit preview in the index and goto the menu and press RESUME it clicks but does not goto that page. I troubleshooted it a little bit. I made a brand new web using a wizard. Same thing happens in preview mode...cant follow any links. If i try the web in a Explorer browser everything works great and follows the links from the menu. Next I installed same copy of Frontpage on my laptop, and it works great. In preview it folows the links from a menu just fine. Only problem is that its asking to be activated which guess what, it knows i am on a different machine. So now i ahve to fix the machine i ahve a copy on or call Microsoft. Anyways, next i went to my now bad frontpage machine and did a complete uninstall of frontpage,rebooted, re-installed Frontpage.
Same thing happened. Boy this is frustrating. Anyone else run across this bug /problem?

Is this in a navbar in a shared border? If so try reinstalling the navbar.
