Windows desktop software on Windows server

I have a basic question, that might be naive...

I want to run cloudberry Explorer (which is a windows desktop software) on an Amazon EC2 instance. I can spark a windows server instance if needed. How would I go about this?

If possible can we access the server remotely with a gui (versus command line).

Any answers are appreciated!

I would imagine if you can get a remote desktop to the windows server instance and log into it you can install the cloudberry explorer.

I do not know how to get a remote desktop instance for a Amazon EC2 instance.
