Can anyone tell me that how I can check server logs of my website.
My website is hosted on MS IIS server and designed in volusion CMS.

Do you have access to the raw log files? If you can there are many tools that you can use to process them into something meaningfull for you.
If you do not have access to the raw files you might look into Google Analitics which can be embeded via javascript into your pages, to provide statitics on your website.
