Limit connections per IP in IIS6

Anyone know how to limit the # of connections per IP or the number of connections in a given time span by IP on IIS?

There isn't anything built in to IIS that would allow you to do this.

I've done some searching for you and I've come across an IIS ISAPI extension which seems to be able to do what you want.
