Can any one help? I am having the problem with accessing my server to set it to redict few of my pages to diferent URL.
Every one is saying that I should go to Internet Services Manager on my server, but how? I do not know since I have no access to the server but FTP.

Could some one help me how to do it? I have tried almost every thing what I could to get it running but no luck so far.

You can't access the IIS through FTP it has to be done by a sever administrator. Email your host ask them to do the 301 make sure you check your header response after they have completed the redirect.

Be sure and spell it out for support on what your wanting to do.

Thank you for your help! I think I will change my server to linux to make it more easy and simple.

The IIS admin isn't the only way to redirect. You can do it in ASP too.

bakedjake is correct I figured from reading his post he most likely didn't know how to do that either. Best way from his post was to get the host to help him.
