SQL Backups

I have setup an ASP server for a customer of mine and need to setup some automated MSSQL backups of his DB.

I have scripted the SQL code for backing up but how can I schedule these sql scripts to run in windows/command?

I realise this is possible in server management enterprise but I have express installed.
